The NMDOH HIV/AIDS Services Program provides funding and support to HIV Service Provider (HSP) agencies, statewide, that deliver the following services, in addition to others, to persons diagnosed with HIV or AIDS: • Primary Health Care, • HIV Specialty Care, • Medical and Non-Medical Case Management, • Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, • Emergency Financial Assistance &Housing Assistance, • Travel Reimbursement for Healthcare, and • Food Bank. Contact the HSP agency in your region for information regarding enrollment or for a complete list of available services HSPs include: Alianza of New Mexico - (Roswell); Community Collaborative Care (Las Cruces); First Nations Community Health Source (ABQ and Farmington), Southwest CARE Center (Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Farmington). NM Department of Health programs for HIV/AIDS treatment do not allow for inpatient care or emergency room treatment. This Facility Offers: Ryan White Part B statewide support. Note – This facility does not offer direct care to PLWH.
